This quick release plate from SIRUI has a 1/4 inch standard threaded screw and a rubberized surface. The 1/4 inch screw can be fastened without additional tools thanks to the bracket for tightening.

The SIRUI interchangeable plates are compatible with the Arca-Swiss quick release system.
